We launched Acquisition Solutions after many years of advising leaders on corporate transformation, in order to focus on one of the most challenging areas of transformation – acquisition integration.
Our small network of consultants advises CEO’s, Division Presidents and their executive teams to create the context for success through their leadership and to capture the value of an acquisition by leveraging proven methods and tools. Our experience covers deals of many sizes – from $60 million to over $ 4 billion – though size is not always a driving factor in integration complexity.
