About

Acquisition Solutions provides the  integration insight and disciplines you want without the big firm overhead.

We launched Acquisition Solutions after many years of advising leaders on corporate transformation, in order to focus on one of the most challenging areas of transformation – acquisition integration.

Our small network of consultants advises CEO’s, Division Presidents and their executive teams to create the context for success through their leadership and to capture the value of an acquisition by leveraging proven methods and tools. Our experience covers deals of many sizes – from $60 million to over $ 4 billion – though size is not always a driving factor in integration complexity.

We are pleased to share our insights, and to support your organization as you plan and complete an integration. We have briefly outlined several common scenarios here. And we periodically share our insights,  particularly those that might be counter to prevailing wisdom, here.

We look forward to meeting you and discussing how we might support your M&A ambitions.
